our comments

It’s hard to take a Thai restaurant seriously when it strongly promotes local blues bands. But that’s the ticket here: music first, food second---and though some say the cooking rates high marks for its authenticity, we find that something called Siamese Smash or Pork Pig-Out probably doesn’t ring entirely true. Besides, even trendy Thai can’t justify an Asian version of the Caesar salad. We floundered through a serving of fried tofu as an appetizer (too greasy) and sampled the Pork Pig-Out for kicks, then decided to find our Thai thrills elsewhere. Yet, for folks who dig cool blues, there’s plenty here to please in this music house-restaurant, where the décor has a real bluesy theme and even pictures of the Thai king playing the trumpet. Note that although parking is available, it’s limited, so be prepared to scramble.
