Aegean Taverna Restaurant
our comments
Although it is no great culinary adventure, this Greek eatery does offer an attractive Mediterranean atmosphere, loads of fun and good Greek wine. There are also plenty of zesty Greek flavors piled on your plate, starting with the tzadziki (yogurt, cucumber and garlic sauce), delicious with crusty bread or the stuffed grape leaves. The lamb shank in tomato sauce is slightly bland, but the moussaka was good. It’s best to come in a group---that way, you can swap flavors for a full-fledged Greek banquet.- April 2005
