An old-timer in Bethesda and one of the first Thai restaurants in the area, Bangkok Garden serves traditional Thai meals to those who look for authentic fare. Try the soft-shell crab, the crispy fried whole fish and the chicken in basil; some people swear the crispy duck is the best in town. The décor, with plenty of Thai and Buddhist art, captures the atmosphere and sounds of Bangkok.- April 2005
