Bella Luna
our comments
Fronting on King Street and decorated to look like a charming parlor in shades of lime and lemon, with fresh flowers, candles and wooden floors, this small Italian restaurant offers standard Italian fare with a few dishes that stand out. Of these, the peanut soup rates thumbs up as does the fettuccine Alfredo. On the other hand, our most favorite of Italian appetizers, the antipasto platter, could use a little kitchen reconstruction to make it less of a salad, more of an assortment of goodies. The chef offers a fairly extensive though not unusual menu, and you’ll find various pastas, veal and chicken dishes.- April 2005
