This restaurant is set on a lake, so provides a spectacular waterfront view. Breads are baked fresh twice daily and including such flavors as fennel seed country, cumin country, fig almond and cherry pecan. Menu options include wild mushroom soup, crispy calamari, and breaded chicken with Gruyere and fresh sage. And don't forget about dessert: dark chocolate mousse cake or cider-glazed baked apple terrine. Rumor has it patrons are treated to a sampling of cotton candy with dessert in the evenings.- April 2005
