China Chef is known for its weekend dim sum, however it also serves a consistently good Chinese menu. Menu options incude orange beef, General Tso’s chicken, boneless duck stuffed with taro and eggplant in garlic sauce. The menu has an extensive seafood and vegetarian section. China Chef also has assorted hot pot dishes.- April 2005
